Mini Dessert Table

Set up a mini dessert table for a ROM early this year. On the list are a range of chocolates and truffles, cookies decorated with icing sugar, cheesecakes, brownies, opera cake and chocolate cake in bite sizes. Also did some food tags to make the dessert table looks complete.

Opera cake.....almond sponge cake, other wise called Joconde, soak with coffee syrup with a dash of cognac (optional) added. In between the sponge cake is a layer of coffee creme and ganache and finally top off with our irresistably rich chocolate glaze.

"1 yr old" Chocolate Cake

It has been a long time since I last update here. Apologies. And to compensate, stay tune for the coming of many more updates.

And to start the ball rolling, here is a real nice and sweet "1 yr old" cake for a real sweet, and adorable little gal. The customer had wanted to get a small "1 yr old" cake that suits her small family party, but when she tried to order from shops outside, she realised it generally came in abt 2kg size, so she came to us for a customized smaller size cake with the "1" on the cake.
