Chocolate cake

Would like to share with all some pictures of the chocolate cake that our customer has ordered.

Sorry to say that wordings and deco is not very alluring (but the taste is definitely seductive..hee) due to our very novice attempt. We had meant for the cake to be plain, but as many customer request us to add a simple "happy birthday", thus we give it a shot. The outcome is really not to our expectation and we will try our best to improve on it.

Would like to thank our customer for being so kind and understanding with our attempt. Hope they enjoyed the cake.

Introducing our Fruit Cakes...

The fruit cakes that we purchase outside usually came abit too sweet for our taste, therefore we decided to make our own with sugar much reduced. Its definitely a much healthier choice. The fruit cake is topped with almond flakes that helps to further enhance the overall taste.

Tea Party

Playing with the idea of having a gathering at home for a group of frens, so came up with some bite size tea party chocolates and hand-made a simple 3-tier stand....Not too satisfied with the stand though, so gonna improve on it.........stay tune.

Truffles Tips.....

1. Truffles are best stored at a temperature of 23 degree celsius and it also taste its best at this temperature. Fridge are usually at a lower temperature than 23 degree celsius. So after you took it out from the fridge, leave it for about 10 mins before consuming it to get the best taste, or as one of our customer puts it, a "Melting Surprise".

2. In its packaging, the truffles are best consume within 5 - 7 days to maintain its taste. To save it for later consumption, it will be good to keep the truffles in an airtight box before storing it in the fridge. This will keep its taste for aound 2 weeks. And by storing it in the freezer in airtight box, you can keep it for as long as 1 month, that is if you are able to resist the temptation...... Just take it out and leave it for about 30 mins before consumption.

Mixed flavors. Hazel nut, classic and chop almond nuts.

Here you see another flavor, Rum Raisin.

Noir Art Truffles

As our truffles are handmade and rolled in pure chocolate, they are more delicate than dipped or molded truffles. While molded or dipped truffles may be firmer and looks nicer, it also makes them less sumptuous. We believe chocolate lovers will appreciate the silky, sensuous texture and pure chocolate taste of our unique truffles.
